I bent up the beam ends from some 75x6mm flat bar. These are the mounts for the vertical links. I still need to make up the links themselves and finalise the geometry before I can weld them on. I need to calculate the camber and caster. There is a little caster already in the beam itself due to the way it has been cut, but I need to verify the actual amount. I can easily adjust this by reshaping the ends. Camber is simply the inclination from vertical that they are welded on at. It is the camber that causes the steering to self-centre so it's important to get it right.
