    I've heard of the Red Dust revival before. I'm a bit of a land speed racing fan and follow the Aussie events when I can. I've raced at Lake Gairdner here in SA and one day would love to attend the revival, although that's a long road trip. :D

    It's really cool that there is a revival in historic events, otherwise these events and the cars would just fade into obscurity.

    When I was a young fella I used to lust after the classic sports cars and ignore the slow boring vintage stuff, but as I've grown older I've developed an appreciation for those early machines. After all they paved the way for everything that came after.

    Not sure what's up with that link. Maybe the vendor pulled it?

    Indeed, the old early cars are interesting. But nowadays such cars can be found only in collections. Well, I don't see such cars on the roads. I see sporty ones, but I don't see vintage ones :)
