Build a Cyclekart from a Frame Plan

By admin in Tech 867 views 3rd Nov, 2023 Video Duration: N/A
This is companion video to the full scale frame plan that is available for purchase on our Etsy Store.
This is a 1:1 size plan, 3' x 8' sheet of paper. You use the templates to cut your steel and then use the full size layout to position your frame rails on the work bench. Secure the frame to the bench on top of the paper template, then tack weld the frame. You may want to remove the paper template for final welding, as paper is flammable! I don't want you to cause a fire.
If you are planning to use the Renegade Differential mounts, you should have them in place to make sure the axle is perfectly aligned. I like to use a solid axle, installed with all 4 asuza bearings. This ensures proper alignment for the differential.
