We have recently changed the Facebook login app on the Meta platform. This has resulted in users who previously used Facebook login button now seeing an error when trying to log in.
This is normal and as a result of the security features on the meta platform. The fix is relatively straightforwards...
Log in to cyclekarts.com.au using your username/email and password. If you cannot remember your password use the password reset link.
When you are logged in, from the home page, click on your profile icon in the navigation bar, from the drop down menu, select 'Account' and then 'Edit Profile'.
On the edit profile page you will see in the left hand column, there is a heading 'Social Integrations'. Underneath you will see one or more links to 'Facebook'. Click this link.
On the next page you will see a button that says 'Revoke Access'. Click this button. Repeat this for any other 'Facebook' links that appear under the 'Social Integrations' heading.
Ok, next you need to re-associate your Facebook account with your profile.
Log out of the site using the 'Logout' link in the profile drop down menu
Then click the 'Sign in with Facebook' button.
You will be asked if you want to to associate your Facebook account with Cyclekarts.com.au
Next, when you agree to the above, on the next page it will ask you to log into your cyclekarts.com.au account to associate it with your Facebook login.
That's it. all done. You can now log in using your Facebook Login.
